GENERATIVE SPIRITUALITY
The concept of Enlightenment and Spirituality within the human consciousness itself comes with the privilege of intelligence.
To start with, do AI have an ability to sustain a kind of consciousness? How does it view the world? Is it able to comprehend the concept of a higher intelligence? How does AI models determine a spiritual prompt suggestions? Talking about it as a subjective exploration of the human experience, is spirituality then a limited concept to human intelligence?
Does Artificial Intelligence have a concept of self, therefore is also seeking for the higher being, or the creator?Does that then makes us the “god” for these Artificial Intelligence?
What if we collect the answers from all these open AI models about spirituality, the “truth”, the “interconnections” and use it as a training module to make our own GOD-AI? And what if we use this GOD-AI to create prompts for generative visuals to make a B-AI-BLE? And what if from this Generated B-AI-BLE we re-translate it to a human language that we are able to understand and comprehend?

As a result of Kollisionswoche '25 UdK.
What if we gathered all the answers from OpenAI models about spirituality, “truth,” and “interconnections” and combined them into a new universal religion?
In this project, we have incorporated these ideas into a physical B-AI-BLE, hand-designed by Lilu Herlambang.
Using stream diffusion, AI rendering programs, and recorded sound, we have attempted to visualize this concept as a whole- manipulating text through prompts to generate ever-changing images.
We then let AI reinterpret these nonsensical images into a language we can comprehend, ultimately resulting in illogical words spoken in the voice-over.
This process reflects how ideologies and belief systems become distorted and lost in translation over time.
